We want you to enjoy your visit and feel safe buying on this website, so that you ultimately feel comfortable recommending us to your friends. We have gathered here our respective dos and don’ts; so there is no misunderstanding between us and no bad surprise. We tried to make it short and to avoid legal jargon but please read it carefully before placing an order.

Payment is by PayPal, the world’s most secured way to shop online.
This allows you to pay using all major credit cards even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Your payment by credit or debit card (or via your Paypal account if you have one) will be processed on Paypal’s servers and therefore your bank details won’t ever transit on our servers. PayPal advantage is to offer faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect you from revealing your credit card and other financial information to any merchant.
Please email Jutta@fishbelly.de if this is not a convenient method of payment for you and we will try our best to offer an alternative. We also offer offline payment (via ATM or transfer to our bank account) for Hong Kong customers.
We ship globally for FREE (standard speed).
Express shipping is also available for an extra of HK$200 | US$ 25 | €19 per item.
If you order for a gift, please email your message to email@example.com and we will be happy to wrap your order as a gift and enclose a lovely card - for free!
We prepare your order carefully and ship it out within 2 working days. The tracking number of your parcel will then be emailed to you and we will also keep an eye on it for you. We insure each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so; you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on.
Depending on the distance, you shall receive your parcel between 5 and 12 days after shipment.
Alternatively, you may choose to collect the products ordered by you at our Soho store in Hong Kong. You need to present the order confirmation email, the credit card (or a copy of the credit card) you used to place your order and a photo ID of the person named as collector when the order is collected.
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes by the recipient country, which are typically levied once a shipment reaches your country. Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Exchanges & Returns
We will accept exchanges and returns provided that the garment is returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered). If your item shows any evidence of wear (for example: perfume or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided.
The decision as to whether the merchandise is in sellable condition remains within fishbelly Ltd’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final. If we receive a return that cannot be accepted, the customer has the option either to collect the merchandise again from our Soho store or to have the merchandise re-shipped to the customer at his/her sole cost.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping will be at your expense except when a product is faulty. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that provides a tracking service and/or insures you for the value of goods.
